When you submit a contact form or participate in our device trade, buyback, or recycling programs, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about the devices or equipment you are submitting (such as device type, quantity, condition, and serial numbers).

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
