These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://nexushubus.com/ and the services provided by Nexushub, including electronics trade programs, buy/sell services, reverse logistics, refurbishment, and recycling services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting a device for trade, buyback, or recycling, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexushub.
2. Description of Services
Nexushub provides electronics lifecycle management and reverse logistics services, including but not limited to:
- Buy/sell and trade-in programs for electronic devices and equipment
- Reverse logistics, collection, and transportation services
- Device testing, refurbishment, and remanufacturing
- Parts harvesting and component recovery
- R2-certified responsible recycling and asset recovery
- Forward logistics and fulfillment services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and any devices submitted
- Ensure that you have full legal ownership or authorization to submit any devices or equipment
- Remove all personal, confidential, or sensitive data from devices before submission (we are not responsible for data left on devices)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the devices you submit
- Not submit stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained devices
- Not use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
4. Device Submission Terms
When you submit devices to our trade, buyback, or recycling programs:
- Ownership Transfer: Upon acceptance and processing of your submission, title and ownership of the devices transfer to Nexushub or our designated partners.
- Condition and Value: Quoted values are estimates only and may change based on actual device condition, functionality, and market factors upon inspection.
- Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up and removing all data from devices prior to submission. Nexushub follows industry-standard data sanitization procedures but is not liable for any data remaining on submitted devices.
- Non-Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any device submission that does not meet our criteria or that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
- Shipping and Logistics: If you arrange shipping, you are responsible for proper packaging and all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Submit devices that are stolen, counterfeit, or obtained through illegal means
- Provide false or misleading information about devices or your identity
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, services, or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Use the services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in any activity that could harm Nexushub, our partners, or other users
6. Intellectual Property

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexushub, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

- Any devices you submit
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
